Avner Raz
Avner Raz, the outgoing Chairman of IMI - Israel Military Industry, has joined as President of Elul Tamarynd Group, as of Sept 1, 2010.Raz has retired in 1990 from the Israeli Air Force as the Head of Material Directorate at the rank of Brig. General; served later as the President of Bedek division of IAI - Israeli Aerospace Industries; President & CEO of Elisra, Israel's electronic warfare manufacturer; President & CEO of Lumenis, a global manufacturer of laser, light and RF for medical and aesthetic instrumentation.
1967 BSc. in Electronics Engineering from Technion, Haifa, Israel; 1982 MSc. in Systems Engineering and Economics from Stanford University, US.
Ariel Lieberman
CFO
Joined Elul in Aug 2010, replacing Haim Brosh.
An experienced CPA with an accumulated successful experience as CFO of well known organizations. In the last 4.5 years held the position of the CFO of Direct Finance of Direct Insurance Group; in the past: the CFO of Budget Rent a Car Israel; the CFO of Mona tours; accountant of Eurocom Cellular Communications, the importer and distributor of Nokia in Israel, and others.
A CPA (ISR.); BA in Economics and Accounting and MBA studies from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Aharon (Yalo) Shavit
Aharon (Yalo) Shavit held the position of General Manager of Elul Technologies Ltd., after a distinguished career of 28 years in the Israeli Air Force (IAF), retiring at the rank of Brigadier General (1980). Prior to his retirement, he served as the Israeli Air Force Attache to the United States and Canada, in Washington DC (1976-1979).
Yalo served as a fighter pilot with thousands of flight hours, over 250 operational missions and downed enemy jet fighters. During his flying career, Yalo flew most types of Fighters in the IAF, commencing with the British Spitfire. He was a fighter pilot during the 1956 “Sinai Campaign”, a squadron commander at the IAF Flight School and the leader of the Israeli Air Force Aerobatic Team. He was a squadron commander during the 1967 “Six-Day War” and a wing commander during the 1973 “Yom Kippur War.”
Studied economics and public administration at Bar Ilan University and is a graduate of the IDF Command & Staff College.

Kuti Mor
Joined Elul-Tamarynd Ltd. in January 2011, following a long, distinguished career in the IDF and Ministry of Defense. Former MOD Deputy Director General and Head of its Rehabilitation Div.; MOD Chief of Staff; Head, MOD NY Purchasing Mission; MOD representative to the US Departments of Defense and State.Retired in 1992 from his active service in the IDF Intelligence Corp. at the rank of Brig. General; Deputy Director of IDF Military Intelligence; Military Secretary to Defense Ministers Rabin and Arens; Commander, IDF Liaison Unit to Foreign Forces.

Yadin Kolitz
Yadin Kolitz became Elul Tamarynd's CTO in 2010; formerly VP at Edit Food Logistics. Prior to that, Yadin held positions as the Group's Director of Information Technologies, and Elul Energy's Director of Business Development. Joined the company in 2002 from NYC where he was a website developer, freelance computer consultant and US technical rep. for Israeli high-tech start-ups.
A 2001 BS graduate in Communications Technologies and a 1999 AAS in General Business & Management from New York University; an IDF lieutenant, assistant head desk in the external relations department of the Intelligence Corps.Born in Herzlia, Israel in 1973, married to Gilia, father to Lee.
Arnon Meinfeld
Joined Elul-Tamarynd Ltd. in January 2011 following extensive and diversified legal experience, specializing in corporate finance, securities and commercial law.Partner at Herzog, Fox Neeman Law firm, former partner at Doron & Landesman, Yogev, Law Offices; Senior Associate Cohen Lahat & Co. Law Offices.Served as Paramedic Combat & Commander in the IDF.
