Yotam Gadot served as Eltel's COO, responsible for the firm’s business development, marketing and budget control until 2002. Retired from the IDF Armored Corps as a Colonel in 1990. Since 1996, serves as Division Chief of Staff. Formerly, he served as Brigade Staff officer and Commander of a battalion of Merkava III.

Nissim Shaul

Joined the Elul Group in 2008 as President & CEO of New Technology SK Ltd. following the acquisition of the company by Elul Tamarynd Ltd.
In 2003, Mr. Shaul co-founded New Technology SK Ltd. and held the position of its Managing Director.
In 1998, established NS Consultant Services.
Previously held the positions of Director of Sales, Sales Manager, Service Manager and Service Engineer for laser systems and scientific research equipment at Isramex Ltd.

Benny Barak
VP Subsystems & ComponentsElul Technologies Ltd.
Benny Barak has been V.P. Subsystems & Components of Elul Technologies Ltd. since 1994. Prior to this, he served as Elul Technologies Director, Components Division. Arrived at Elul in 1984 from Eastronics Ltd., where he served as manager in their components division and head of the Test Equipment lab. In 1964-67, served as head of Test Equipment & Standards department depot in the IAF and in 1963-64 as IAF fire control technician.
A Practical Electronic Engineer, born in Israel in 1946, married to Judy, father to 3 children.
Many Gerskovich
Joined Elul in 2010, following 24 years of service with the IAF - Israeli Air Force, and MOD, NY Purchasing Mission. Retired as Lt. Col. Accumulated extensive respective experience in engineering, operating, maintenance, logistics, procurement and commercial activties relating to airborne platforms and mechanical systems. Played key role in the procurement process, development and implementation of the F16I (Storm) and the Apache Longbow.
Served as IAF Head, Mechanical branch, in the Engineering wing; responsible for all mechanical systems of the IAF airborne platforms; served as Head of the Transportation branch, responsible for safety and availability of C-130, B707 & B200 fleets.
In his last assignment with the IAF, he served as Director of Aircraft Programs and Air Force Procurement, at the MOD NY Purchasing Mission.
A 1997 MBA (Beer Sheva University) and 1989 B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (Tel Aviv University).

Joseph Kolitz

Joseph Kolitz has a long association with the Israeli fuel market and was personally involved in its evolution. From 1993-98, he served as director of the Government Fuel Authority, where he was responsible for reforms in the fuel market and ending government intervention in the purchase of crude oil, while assuring its guarded transportation in an emergency. He ended the monopoly on aircraft fueling and transformed the structure of emergency fuel supply reserves.
From 1985-93, he was vice president and acting managing director of the National Coal Supply Corp., where he established the foundations and basic policies for the large-scale purchase of coal and its sea transport. As advisor to the Minister of Energy & Infrastructure in 1981-85, Kolitz was involved in policy planning for oil market reforms by the Government and in initial steps of introducing coal as a fuel generating electricity. Prior to joining the Government in 1981, he managed a family trading and tourism business in Jerusalem.
A 1979 LLB, accepted in the Israeli Bar Association, BA in economics and a certificate in business administration from Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is a certified (orthodox) Rabbi.

Shmuel Rosental

Joined the Group as Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, at its services and support subsidiary Eltel TechnoLogistics Ltd. Retired from the IDF in 2006 as Chief of Staff, Northern Command, responsible for operations, infrastructure, resources, planning, application and control.
A 1996 M.A. in National Security & Political Science from Haifa University; graduated from the U.S. Army WAR College of Security & Strategy, Pennsylvania

Zohar Amir
VP, Land SystemsElul Technologies Ltd.
Zohar Amir joined Elul in 2001, after a career in the IDF Planning branch and Armor corps, from where he retired as a Colonel. Covers the Army, Technologies & Logistic, law & order oriented local & foreign Industries and Institutions.
His last post in the IDF was as assistant to the head of the IDF Planning Branch, Strategic Planning & Infrastructure Issues; responsible for IDF formulation of strategic political-military policy between the IDF, its neighbors and allies and infrastructure. Prior to that, he was responsible for the army’s force build-up plan and organization of forces. In his last combat posting in a career that stretches back to 1979, was Commander of a Merkava tanks brigade.
An MBA (Tel-Aviv University, 2000) and a B.A. in Political Science, Economics & Social Studies (Bar-Ilan University, 1988). Completed courses in strategic studies at the National Defense University outside Washington, Chief Technology Officer & other management and IT courses.

Gil Har-Zion joined Elul in 1999 and served as VP Information & Communication Systems until 2010, when he expanded his role to become VP Advanced Systems.
Formerly – engaged in IAF advanced communications systems; large-scale procurement, R&D programs and budgetary allocation; head section in the Intelligence Research Dep.
At the Technion Jet Propulsion Laboratory in the 1980s, a member of a research team studying an advanced thrust-vectored UAV concept for a leading U.S. aerospace firm; a team member of IAI Kfir improvement project.
An M.B.A. in Finance from Tel Aviv University Recanati School (1993), a 1987 BSc, with honors, in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion and a 1988 graduate of the IDF Officers Academy

Meir Harel

Meir Harel joined Elul Group in 2001, with the acquisition of IES Services Ltd. by Eltel Technologistics (then Taldor Technical Services Ltd.)
In his capacity at Eltel, a subsidiary of Elul Group, he is responsible for simulation activities and aftersale technical support of the group.
Retired from the Israeli Navy in 1983; joined Tadiran Systems EW Plant, specializing in development of DF systems; joined IES Services in 1986 as Program Manager Simulation Systems, of which he became a Managing Director and a 20% shareholder in 1997. With Elul's full acquisition of Eltel in 2002, became V.P. Simulation Systems BU.
Holds a B.Sc. from Tel Aviv University (1988) and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University (1998).
